Windows 10: move win 10 pro to new computer and reinstall OEM win 10 on old computer

I have a Dell 8700 11 years old and want to move my Retail version of Windows 10 Pro to my new HP laptop Win 11 Home OEM. I will also need to reinstall the Dell OEM Win 10 on my Dell 8700.Problem: Because I installed a Retail version of Win 10 Pro on my Dell 8700, I no longer have the original recovery partition on my hard drive. So, when I try to use the Dell OS Recovery s/w. the app says "no OS image for this Tag, though images exist for this product"Should I move my Retail Win Pro license to my HP first? Then try to install the OEM version? Where will it find the key fo

Upgrade a Win 10 home OEM to Win 10 Pro OEM with Win 10 Pro OEM Key?

I recently purchased a laptop that has an OEM version of Win 10 Home on it.

I verified this by using : slmgr -dli.

Previously I had purchased an OEM Win 10 Pro Key.

Can I use this OEM Win 10 Pro Key to upgrade the OEM Win 10 Home to the OEM Win 10 Pro.

If so what are the steps to accomplish this?

In addition, I assume that is this is possible, that the current product key will be updated to the new product key?

The reason I am asking this is that it's my understanding that these product keys are tied to the bios on a name brand laptop.

Transfer Win 10 Pro upgrade to New Computer with Win 10 Home

I have purchased a new computer with Win 10 Home.

I have an old computer which was upgraded from Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro. It is activated digitally.

I want to down grade the old computer to Win 10 Home and upgrade the new one from Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro.

The cost of the upgrade package is more that the old computer is worth.

I have Acronis 2020 and can clone the old system to the new one but that won't fix the Digital License.

Help please.

 

Transfer Win 11 Pro key after upgrading from Home OEM; and keep Home OEM on old computer

My old computer had Win 11 Home OEM. I upgraded it to Win 11 Pro.

Is it possible to transfer the 11 Pro key from the old computer to a new computer. Then, keep running Home OEM on old computer?
