    moved dsktp from user to K: to save space. All K: files moved to dsktp. no delete


    I moved Desktop folder from "user" to K: to free up space on C:. Win 10 ignored the folder & placed all files on my K:, & placed all my folders in K: to the desktop. Deleting them also deletes them from my K:. I can not find a way to reverse the move.

    What you typed:

    • move*.*k:\temp_d
    Can you find the difference between the two commands?

    Low disk space in Local Drive K:

    Why I constantly notification of low disk space in Local Drive K:? I don't have a physical drive K nor use a drive K. It shows up in disk management as a 450 mb drive without any content. How to get rid of it or reformat it?

    Ran diskpart as you suggested and removed the letter k from the disk volume and restarted and everything is ok. had several replays with the same suggestion. Many
