Windows 10: Movie Maker Pro is asking me to pay again

I purchased Movie Maker Pro under the premise that it was a one time purchase. I got a new computer because my old one was too old and now I can't download the program even though it IS in my purchase history. No matter what I try it keeps asking me to purchase it. Please help! I have a project due on Monday! T_T

• Type appwiz.cpl in the search box and hit Enter.
• Right click Windows Essentials 2012 and select repair.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click Programs.

4. Click Programs and Features.

5. Search for Windows Essentials on the list and then select it.

6. Click Uninstall/Change.

7. Click Repair all Windows Essentials programs.
