Windows 10: Movies and TV App Max volume bypasses app and system volume control

Notes: Drivers updated and all Windows trouble shooting procedures already done. If you suggest this, you are useless. The app is broken. Fix it.I highly expect a boxed "try running the trouble shooting" drivers blah blah blah . already did this. Please don't disappoint me and please give me a useless response. I am counting on you Microsucks.

Movies & TV application volume control

The Windows 10 Movies & TV application is not able to control the volume. Is there any way in Windows 10 Pro to allow individual applications to control volume?

Yes, I clicked that icon and that is the one I am talking about. It does NOT control the audio volume. I have to use the TV volume control instead. The program used to adjust volume with that icon you pictured. I have Windows 10 Pro ver. 1809 . There must
be a setting somewhere that got out of whack because this same app worked just fine a few weeks ago. Nothing has changed much since then except I added a second monitor. That may be the issue. Maybe somewhere something changed in a setting governing the audio
for that app. Since this is the movie player that comes with Win 10, it may be integrated somehow I don't see. I have went through every audio setting I can find and used audio troubleshooter also. Before I went through the work of a Restart of Windows 10,
I thought I could find someone that had the same problem.
