    I noticed the other day that the Movies and TV app is not showing my purchased library on my gaming PC. Shows fine on my Surface Pro and Laptop PC and all three of my computers are upgraded to the current production release of Windows 11. Only difference I can figure out is my PC is using my old education license I received when I was in school and bought Windows 10. I saw a few posts on here where Education license versions of Windows were having the same problem but no one posted a solution that had worked for restoring purchased items to Movies and TV.For Troubleshooting I have done the fol

    Hi Destined, I'm Graeme, an independent adviser here to help.

    On your Surface, see if resetting the Movies & TV app fixes the issue. Here are the steps you can follow:

    - Click Start and type "apps & features".

    - Select Apps & Features.

    - Find the Movies & TV app in the list and select it.

    - Click Advanced Options

    - Click Reset.

    - Open the app again and sign in to see if your purchases appear.

    Movies & TV app not working properly.

    Hi,

    I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

    • Press Windows Key.
    • Type Windows Powershell.
    • Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
    • Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.
    get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

    Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

    Movies & TV

    Please don't reset the app or do any those steps that the previous poster suggested, they're unnecessary and can cause other problems.

    The first step to try is restoring your purchases from within the settings menu of the Movies & TV app.

    Click the … then select Settings, select Restore my available video purchases.

    Give it a few minutes to run, then go back to the Purchased tab and try playing the movie again.
