Windows 10: Movies and TV app with Web account Manager freeze entire system

I have a surface go. I recently purchased 'futurama complete series' from the microsoft store. But when I try to download it, or after download it try to download something else, my CPU usage for the 'web account manger' service skyrockets to about 100%, or close to it. I have tried shutting down other services, and restarting and such. I refreshed windows (new install option, not keeping my files), and the issue persisted. I am not running anything weird on my system. The only way I have found to be able to download things I bought on the Movies and TV app again is to 'delete' the complete futurama series from my list. But, that is not acceptable.


What can I do to fix it?

I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key.
• Type Windows Powershell.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

Movies & TV app stream to XBox One

From the description provided, I understand that the cast button functionality is not working in Movies and TV App.

As an initial recommendation, I would suggest you to run the App Troubleshooter for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

Steps to uninstall Movies & TV
App

• 
  Press Windows key and type Powershell
  in search, right click on it and Open as administrator .
