    "Movies and TV" breaks after cutting a clip


    Hello, I have encountered a problem with the Movies and TV app in windows 10. After opening a video stored on my pc in that app, and selecting the option to cut a portion off the video, and cutting saving it, then after trying to reopen a second video it will freeze up, not showing video only audio. Only way to fix it i have found so far is to close it with task manager and restart explorer. My friend is having the same issue so its not just my PC. Sometimes it will play the video but the entire windows performace is horrible until its forcefully closed
