Windows 10: Movies and TV trim function quality issues

Since the last update on windows my trim function on movies and tv eats the color. This was never before. I use this function for years because it's so fast unlike other apps but since like a month or 2 I think the color is ruined. I already tried reset + reinstall, both didnt work.. I couldnt find any different settings, I didn't change a thing beside the fact I updated my windows. Anybody got a clue what is happening here? i've been having issues while saving a trimmed video. So , i recorded a clip of my gameplay and i was trying to trim it in movies & tv but it shows 'unable to save' instead.

Please try the below steps to resolve the issue

1. Make sure that your Movies & TV app is up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause this issue. Check for the update in Microsoft store.

2. Sometimes, issues within the Movies & TV app itself can cause problems saving trimmed videos. Try repairing the app to resolve the issue:

a. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

b. Find Movies & TV in the list of apps.

c. Click on the app and select "Advanced options."

d. Click on "Repair" and follow the on-screen instructions.

I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key.
• Type Windows Powershell.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.
