Windows 10: Movies/film update today

Has anyone updated this today? The update went through and it launched fine for me but for our other user accounts it's now broken. Clicking the tile results in nothing happening or launching for them. Trying a system restore point now from the weekend

Can't play my own movies on Windows movie makter after installing Windows 10

Edited my own movie on Windows movie maker (had Windows 7). Today after I installed Windows 10, I am no longer able to play the movie, the screen is all black. You can hear some music in the beginning of the film, but later in the film the rest of the
music can't be heard. The text I have added is still visible. Windows movie maker also can no longer save the movie either send it to You tube. What can I do to get my movie back?

 

Problem with the windows app "Films and TV"

Hello,

I am running win 10 SL home edition (ver. 1511). My default windows app for playing any movies is "Films and TV" but we all know that at present there is no such app like "Films and TV". It should be "Movies and TV". I tried updating it from Microsoft
store but there the name was "Movies and TV" but when I open it it shows the name of "Films and TV". So
I want to change my default windows app for playing movies from "Films and TV" to "Movies And TV".

Yep it doesn't work for other users, grrrr! Rolled back via system restore it works fine, do the app update and it then breaks it again for the other users! Only works on mine

WORKING AGAIN, went into apps list on settings and selected films and tv app - advanced and hit reset. Had to do for every user, but it got it working again. What a cludge from MS though!
