Windows 10: Movies&TV app and Groove Music can't be open after update to Windows 10 2004

Hi, after updating my windows to version 2004, I found that some of my apps can't be open. When I tried to open them, the message below was displayed.


"Install failed. Please contact your software vendor."


Currently, I found the problem on two apps which is Movies&TV and Groove Music.


I plan to reinstall the apps above but I failed to uninstall them from my pc and when I tried to install the apps from microsoft store. I get "error" display on my screen. Although I can access my videos and musics using other apps, I still want to fix them.

Adding Media to Groove Music and Movies and TV Apps


I have all my media, music and movies sitting on a ReadyNAS 516 and have the shares mapped to Win 10 just fine. I can access all my media from the OS and other applications just fine. The issue is when I add "where to look" from both Groove Music and Movies and TV app, they never pick up my media and add to the available media for playback.

Very frustrating, any suggestions?
