    Movies and TV app colours fade

    I recently got a new HP pavillion x360 and I noticed that when ever I watch something with the Movies and TV app, after the mouse disappears the colours fade. It looks as though there is a grey filter on the screen. But, as soon as I move the mouse again
    the colours come back. Why does this happen and is there a way to stop it from happening?

    Black and White to Colour

    My screen on my Dell Windows 10 laptop is black and white. I would like to change it back to colour. I have been trying to go through control panel and display settings but I must be missing something.

    No Colours on screen

    Only seeing a black and white screen, occasionally colour does come on, how can I turn colour back on?
