Windows 10: Movies & TV plays film I purchased with audio description

Purchased a film last night and it plays with audio description. Tried multiple times, there is no control I can find to turn it off. I've seen another post that mentions bottom left of the screen. All this has is the volume control and which speakers I want to use. There's nothing in the film info to say I rented a special version and I only have 2 days to watch. Tried playing another film I purchased and no AD on so I know it's not the player. I can't watch like this as it's very intrusive.Is there a way to get another version or get this fixed before the deadline. The email receipt says not

Microsoft Films & TV Not Playing Purchased Content

I've started using Microsoft Films & TV, but I'm not having much luck - When I try to play a purchased movie, the player starts up, but just buffers with the title of the movie in the bottom left corner. After a few minutes of loading, the buffer symbol
stops and the app freezes. It worked fine for the first 24 hours or so.

I've tried multiple suggested solutions already:

• Resetting the app in Settings.
• Uninstalling the app using Windows Powershell.
• Restarting the computer.
• Wifi off and on (both PC side and at the router).

Purchases play fine on my Xbox One S, so I can assume the problem is a local one.

Does anyone know what might be wrong? Any help greatly appreciated!

 

Purchased movie on Film &TV app not working error 0xc101ab66

Purchased a movie through Microsoft store to play on our xbox film and tv app but whenever we try press play it comes up with error 0xc101ab66. Not sure why its not working? The trailer will play but the movie wont.

 

Films & TV app plays purchased films in higher pitch.

I recently purchased my first film on the windows Films & TV app in which a song is played at the beginning. For some reason, the song plays in a higher pitch in comparison to the rest of the film, similar to YouTube videos that try and avoid a copyright strike. I don't understand why this is happening on the Films & TV app though since the film was actually purchased. This happens whether I am streaming the film or downloading it. If there is no way to fix this issue is there a way to get a refund?
