Windows 10: MovieStarPlanet will not Install "WinHttp.WinHttpRequest: The server name or address could...

I am trying to install MovieStarPlanet on a new desktop and I know nothing about computers so I don't really know what to do. When i open the .exe file to install MovieStarPlanet, It immediately pops up with this error message every single time. I'm on Windows 11 Home and my settings say my computer is "64-bit operating system, x64-based processor" if that helps.

WINHTTP mismatch on Windows Server 2016

Hi Guys

I have issue with Surveillance Software running on Windows Server 2016. The application crashes and leaves a log on Event Viewer.

ERROR -----------"Faulting module name: WINHTTP.dll, version: 10.0.14393.2848, time stamp: 0x5c7f6204 ,Exception code: 0xc0000005".

INFO --------------"PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> (Get-Item -Path C:\Windows\System32\winhttp.dll).VersionInfo

On this above error i see that version of WINHTTP was 10.0.14393.2848 and Windows WINHTTP version as 10.0.14393.0 from the power-shell.

Question : Is that winhttp error on EV is related to version mismatch.

I'm trying to add a VPN to my Windows 10 settings. First, I'm unsure if I need to add it. My VPN is Mullvad v, 2022.2 If the answer is yes, add the VPN, then where do I find the server name and address? As it's - Mullvad - a worldwide VPN service, how do I add an address (and also, find it) when I have a plethora of servers and addresses? I fear I'm stuck on this issue. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
