Windows 10: Moving from old PC with Win10 to new PC with Win11

I bought Windows 10 Home in in 2017 on Microsoft Store. When Windows 11 came around, it told me that my PC doesn't meet the requirements. Finally I have built a new PC and installed Windows 11. I want to deactivate Windows 10 on my old PC and activate Windows 11 to my new PC.But no matter what I do, I get error messages. For example: "0x803fa067". Or I get "0xC004F050 The Software Licensing Service reported that the product key is invalid" when I try to activate through Command Prompt.When I try to use troubleshooter it shows me my old PC, but " Unsupported version These devices were registere

I have tried to deactive and remove my old computer from Windows Devices. Nothing works.

My old device specifically said that Windows 10 is activated with a digital license connected to my Microsoft account. Transferring it to a new PC should be a piece of cake.

I can't find a phone number to reach Windows and I'm thinking I'm about to get mad. There is no way to get help.

It would really help if you didn't constantly suggest that I "can also buy a legitimate copy from Microsoft Store" every time I try to activate.

If you haven't made any major changes, like formatting the old PC, and you can still access it. Try installing the ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store and see if you can retrieve the original product key.

Another option is to re-link the digital license to your Microsoft account by adding your Microsoft account again as a user account on the old PC. Once the PC is added on your Microsoft account devices, you can try to reactivate the new PC using the Activation troubleshooter.

I'm sick of wasting my time. I own a copy of Windows 10 Home, and I have the product key. Why does it refuse to activate it? And why does my new PC show up TWICE on Microsoft Devices?
