Moving grey blocks on windows start up

Hello all,In short A few days ago my laptop screen showed moving grey blocks and lines as windows started. The laptop itself boots up normal, because the ASUS logo including a moving dotted loading circle appear the same as before and the windows safe/recovery mode also is shown it is supposed to. I suspect something is wrong with my graphic card. I want to know if there is a way to fix this and I also try to understand how the safe mode of the same software is displayed without any graphical issuesDetailed information and questionA couple days ago I shut off my laptop ASUS model UX430U. UAC prompt for Task Manager. MMC blocked. What happened?

It's possible that Computer Management is being blocked by SmartScreen. We suggest disabling it and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

    1. Click the Start button.
    2. Type smartscreen in the search bar.
    3. Click Change SmartScreen settings.
    4. Click the drop-down arrow in the Security row.
    5. Click Change settings beneath the WindowsSmartScreen row.
    6. Click Don't do anything (turn off Windows SmartScreen).
    7. Click OK.

block sender option greyed out in WIndows live mail

I use WIndows live mail in Windows 10. In the past right-clicking on a mail message in the junk folder gives a list of options including 'block sender' and 'block senders domain'.

Recently these options have been 'greyed out' and are therefore not available. Has anyone else had this problem?
