Windows 10: Moving Moneypoint to a new computer

I am trying to move MoneyPoint from one computer to a new computer. What process should I use? I assume that I should first install the program on the new computer, but then I cannot determine which files need to be copied across to maintain all of the existing information.

Moneypoint

Moneypoint has failed to open. Says reinstall to repair but then an error message 0x80004005 appears. Need help please. Have tried everything suggested below but nothing is fixing it.

Thank you for your trouble but last night prior to using your suggestions windows did an automatic update (took all night) since then moneypoint has opened. Fingers crossed this continues.

Thank you for getting back to us with the required information.

From the latest update, I understand that the Moneypoint app fails to open, however it is installed (you receive notifications for which). Also, you are unable to install updates for the mentioned apps from Windows Store.

Now before we proceed with the troubleshooting steps, especially uninstalling-reinstalling, please check if you are using apps from the Start Menu
All Apps list or an app shortcut which is unable to launch the app.

If it still does not help, try to clear and reset the Windows Store cache and check if it helps. Please follow the below steps.

• Open Start screen and press
  Windows + R keys on the keyboard.
• 
  Run Window will open, and type
  wsreset.exe in the text box.
