Windows 10: Moving notifications visual impairment

Hello,I have a colleague who is visually impaired - he has no peripheral vision in his right eye. Given this, he is unable to see the notification pop-ups that appear in the lower right corner when he is looking at his computer.I have seen other questions in this forum that state there is no way to move the position of the notifications. However, I am wondering if someone at Microsoft would be available to reconsider this. I am sure there are other people with visual impairments who would benefit from being able to choose where notifications appear on their screens.Please let me know if anythi

As per the issue description your girlfriend is visually impaired and can't see the icons and you want black color as the background color. Here are the steps which might help you to fix the issue.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Select Control Panel from the list.
• Select large icons under view by option.
• Click on personalize.
• Select any of the theme under High Contrast theme as per your interest.

In order to enlarge the taskbar icons you may refer to the steps provided below and see if it helps.

• Right click on the task bar.
• Click on Properties.
• Uncheck the box stating "Use small taskbar buttons" under taskbar tab.

Is there a phone that is suitable for visually impaired phone users that has speech and large keys

I am visually impaired. So when I increase the font i loose a lot of screen space and my active screen gets very small. As the boxes where the words also get bigger. Do you have any solution? I do not wish to use the narrator etc. Thank you. Be safe.
