  1. Moving recovered data to existing Windows 10 system

So I recently had a failed hard drive. A company was able to recover all of my data but moved it to a non-bootable drive. I literally have ALL of the data in the exact same file directories and structure it came from. My question is, can I copy all folders/files back to my new Win10 system to replace all current data and have it behave the same as my original drive before it failed, meaning all programs and system settings would be restored as they were? As I mentioned, it's literally an exact copy of all files from my dead drive, just without the OS. I'm reading on other forums that the system backups and registry are saved in these system folders so I was hoping that if I just replaced what was there then it would work. Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    :)

  2. Recover data from a RAW partition

I think you should mention that which file system you used. As per of my experience I suggest you Remo Recover utility to recover data from old hard drive. I think it will be helpful for you.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
