Windows 10: Moving songs from PC to Samsung s22 phone "Pulse Music" app or is there a better option?

I have to say that I am so angry at sites like google and on this occasion android community sites as they are 100% **** compared to here sorry… I am a bit cranky ATM. I have a samsung s22 phone with the Samsung Pulse music app I think it is samsung’s and I simply want to add a folder of music or call it a new playlist with a heaps of new music on to my phone and nothing I do works. Question 1, Does anyone know how to do this and 2. Is there better simpler apps to do what I want? I must certainly add, when I posed this question on the useless android community site, it was

Your Phone App and Pulse

Have started using Your Phone App on my PC and mostly it is working fine. My issue - I use Pulse as my Android Messaging App.. Messages received by Pulse do show up in the Your Phone App and also under Notifications. However, they do not show up in the
Windows Notification area. nor does the app icon get badged. This works properly if I use either Google Messages or Samsung Messages but not with Pulse.

 

Duplicate songs on my phone

After unsuccessfully trying every other suggested workaround for this issue, the following workaround finally fixed the problem on two wp8 devices for me (Samsung Ativ S and Nokia Lumina 520):

• On wp8 phone, in “Xbox Music + Videos” app go to Settings and Initially turn off both “Connect with Xbox Music” and “Xbox Music cloud collection” options. You can turn on those two options at end of this procedure if desired wih no negative side effects.
  
• Transfer the music files to your phone using “Windows Phone for desktop” app. I copied all the music that I wanted on my phone, which was a combination of DRM-free personally-owned .mp3 files and Xbox Music Pass DRM-protected .wma files (subscription rental
  music) to the wp8 phone using ‘Windows Phone for desktop’ app. At the end of this process, I had duplicates (or multiple instances) of almost every song in my library. The next step is the one that fixes the problem.

• After following those steps, your phone needs some time (based on your library size) to rebuild its music library file, so give it time until your music starts re-appearing in the Xbox Music + Videos app. It took about 1 minute for my 1,800 song library
  
• If you wish, now you can turn on both “Connect with Xbox Music” and “Xbox Music cloud collection” options in Settings section in “Xbox Music + Videos” if you’d like to take advantage of those features, I have them both on and there is no duplication as
  the result of it.
