Windows 10 Orange screen on bootup

Recently upgraded to Windows 10, and then encrypted with Windows 10 software. (Bitlocker?)

    Yesterday there was an update.

Today upon bootup and before the encryption screen appears the screen goes to orange with vertical white stripes.

    Suggestions?

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds

    Blurred bootup screen

After a recent Update (sorry don't know which one because I don't control updates :-( )my bootup screen mage is blurry. I've tried suggestions about changing Transparency in Personalisation but that does work, neither does a suggestion that I can do it through
regedit. Why do Microsoft do this? I was happy with the way the image appeared before, now they've done something to change it!

Any help on how I get my clear image back would be gratefully received.

    Thanks

Google screen moved over to right. Can't pull it all the way back to cover whole screen: The screen on my laptop for Google has moved over to the right so that it only shows 3/4 of it. The slider bar is therefore not showing. I have tried pulling it over but it won't move any further to the left. Okay on all other applications. How do I resolve this please?...
