Windows 10 Blue screen of Death computer restart perjury

I'm not sure what caused the crash. It was upon opening the computer that I was greeted with the BSOD. I was using the laptop the day before and I was using iTunes. I did leave the program running and when I went to use the computer once more, BSOD.
This is the only thing I had running. An Internet window may have been open but I don't believe so. Mozilla Firefox.

Log out and go to the sign in screen.

Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.

Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.

Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.

    Click Troubleshoot

    Click Advanced options

    Click Startup Settings

    Click Restart

Press (4) to Enable Safe Mode

Wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode.

Try uninstalling Firefox then restart into Normal mode, try installing it again.

Some things to put into consideration are a outdated BIOS and drivers (Firefox uses hardware acceleration, perhaps graphics drivers). But I'll let axe0 do his thing.

I have a 0x139(KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE) 7/10 times seen crashing due to graphics drivers *Wink, but there are many other possible things to consider that might be involved with a crash.

Oh. Well I hope that can eventually go back to 10.

If you can give me a fix to stop both Firefox and now Chrome from causing the BSOD I will go back to win 10.
I have tried everything I know of but nothing seems to work for either Firefox or Chrome
I have updated to the latest graphic card drivers I have also disabled the hardware acceleration on both also installed both the latest versions of both Chrome and Firefox and as none of those fixed the problem I have gone back to win 7

Well, nobody can really do anything unless upload some logs from the BSOD (second post gives a link on how to do that).

    Hi dbcunnz,

A FYI, editing your post is fine, but please keep in mind that nobody will be notified when a post is edited.

Also to note, the zip you have uploaded isn't up to date anymore. This means that it isn't really useful for analysing and it also doesn't contain any record regarding a BSOD.

It is much appreciated, if you decide to upgrade again, to upload a new zip file when another BSOD occured.
