    MP Navigator EX 1.0 – MX310 series scanner and Windows 11


    I updated my pc with windows 11 and my scanner stopped working. It is MP Navigator EX 1.0 – MX310 series scanner. It was working fine with Windows 10 and now I am stuck. What can I do?

    If you still need it, reinstall the latest version of MP Navigator Ex from Canon's website.

    MP Navigator EX not loading

    MP Navigator quit opening after a Windows update. Error message says I have corrupt mpnimp.dll, mpnplib.dll, and mpnscmgr.dll files. All three files are listed but show size = 0K
