Windows 10: Mp3 players not detected on Windows 11

Hello - I have a couple of mp3 players that I'm trying to connect to my laptop Windows 11. I tried multiple ports, multiple usb cords and I also tried on a separate laptop also Windows 11. I have two different mp3 one is a clip jam, the other is samvix. Both of them charge, but neither of them is recognized in Windows Explorer, so I'm unable to access the files or update the firmware.Any ideas? I checked the disk manager not able to assign any drive letters - and there are no unknow disk in Device Mangement, or any drivers that need updating. I updated Windows. Still nothing.I

I have a Creative 8GB mp3 player ad wondering if anyone else has some good suggestions beyond WMP for syncing my library too it.
