Windows 10: mp3jam problem

mp3jam is not compatible with windows 10 why?

MP3Jam not downloading

I use Explorer...can you give me the info for sorting it through that means? I also have MacAfee Total Protection installed...the message comes onto the site of mp3jam as download failed...I have tried to install it a number of times in compatability mode
without success! Thanks in advance

To assist you better please provide few details.

1. What is the make and model of the system?

2. Do you have any third party security program installed on the computer?

3. Do you get any error message when the downloading fails?

4. From where you are trying to download?

5. Are you trying to install the MP3Jam in compatibility mode?

If you are using Microsoft edge I would suggest you to delete the edge browser cookies and check.

Kindly follow the below steps to manage cookies in Microsoft Edge.

1. Open Microsoft Edge.

2. Click on More options (… symbol) on the top right corner of the browser.

3. Select Settings from the drop down menu.

4. Click on Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data.

5. Check the Cookies and saved website data (and any other data you want to clear) and click on Clear button.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
