Windows 10: MP4 created Using Powerpoint doesn't display in Full Screen on playback in video player...

Hi,I recorded a test video using powerpoint PP and exported as an .mp4 file. I tried the different screen resolutions in the "create video" workflow in PP to see the results. After saving the file, the video doesn't play full screen in the Photos video player. The video appears to be centered in a binding box gray outline around the blue video content, instead of being at the full size of the binding box. I recorded the video in fullscreen on my computer which 1920 x 1080. After recording, I saved it as .pptx file. After saving, I open the file in PP and have to resize it to be ful

I inserted an MP4 in Powerpoint using Insert/Video/Insert Video from this device and then saved the file and reopened it.

Although the video image appears as a static pic, a mouse-over produces the playback controls/status.

What is the reasoning behind saving as a pdf?

1. May I know, if you are facing this issue on all the other sound applications as well?
2. Do you get any error code or error message when you try to record the audio?

We will have to try few troubleshooting steps to further eliminate the root cause of the issue.

Open Windows voice recorder and try to record any audio and check if that works.
