    MP4 Files Mysteriously Disappearing


    Hi,


    I've got a weird one.. MP4 files saved in my Videos folder keep mysteriously disappearing. I'm editing them in Premiere Pro, then something happens and it tells me the files can't be found. I look in the videos folder, deleted items ..nothing, they're gone. I've run a virus scan and nothing is found, I've checked online and Premiere Pro apparently doesn't have the functionality to delete files.. I've also checked hidden folders and can't see anything.

    Is there a programme I can run in the background that will provide a system log and tell me what is deleting / hiding / removing these files? It only seems to happen to MP4 files...
