    मेरे पास crisys 1 remasterd verson है जो 64 bit को सपोर्ट करता है ।मेरा pc minimum requirements को पूरा करता है लेकिन जब भी मै इसे ओपन करने की कोशिश करता हूं।ये गेम ओपन नही होता है मेरे pc में 10 गेम्स है वो सभी गेम भी चालू नहीं होते है मैं क्या करूं।pc system windows 10 pro 64 bit operating system 16 gb ram 500 gb hard disc drive i5 6500 900p resoulation GTX 1050 2 gb graphics Card

    Going from 32 bit to 64 bit Windows 10

    Hi Edward,

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

    It is completely dependent on the Architecture of your system. If your system type is 32bit it is not recommended to move to 64 bit operating system.

    Therefore I would suggest you to follow the steps and check your system type:

    1. Press Windows key + R to go to the run command, type "control system" and click Enter.

    2. In the System type, if it is mentioned "x64 based processor" then you can upgrade to Windows 10 for 64 bit.

    For more information on installation, kindly refer to the suggestion by ZigZag3143 (MS - MVP)
