Windows 10: MRT deleted OS?

Discus and support MRT deleted OS? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Help. I ran MRT suspecting i had an spyware, and when it was about 90% done scanning, it got stuck.     MRT deleted OS?


    Help. I ran MRT suspecting i had an spyware, and when it was about 90% done scanning, it got stuck. Not just the tool, but the entire os. I know this usually happens when your ssd gets damaged/removed. I did not do any of that, so i just shut it down and restarted it. Guess what? "Operating system not found". What do i do?
