Windows 10: MS 11 how to completely uninstall Norton Security 360

Hello All,I want to uninstall Norton Security 360 and Norton Utilities. I have MS 11 but primarily use Google Chrome. It seems to be working on Chrome, I get messages. I rarely sign on to MS 11 account. I'll check all of the locations Norton loaded on. I need to see where Norton was initially loaded, I believe it's Microsoft.But someone in 2023 said he could never get rid of it all. He used the Norton Uninstaller which I almost used. He never received an exact answer from the MS community, I'm hoping there is an answer now.I'll watch for answers as I go check Norton locations.Lynn

Windows 10 Turning Off Norton 360.

Hi. Windows 10 security informed me that I have no anti virus or firewall running. I have Norton 360 installed on a couple of PC's. The Norton Program updates and downloads with no problem and tells me that "I am protected", however Windows Security says that either I have no Security Software or that Norton is turned off. The workaround is that if i disable and enable Auto Protect and Firewall Windows Security says Norton is running and all OK. On restart the problem is back. Norton says that it is a Windows problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled Norton 360 using the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool with no success. Norton is running in Services (Auto) even when Windows is saying it is not. I wanted to ask if it is a Windows reporting problem or if Norton actually isn't running and any suggestions how to fix it.

Norton is converting all current installations of Norton Security to their Norton 360, whether you want it or not.

The program is apparently suspended for a while (at least for NS Premium users) until they figure out why the Norton 360 being installed in place of Norton Security Premium (covers 10 devices) only covers 5 devices.
