Windows 10: MS 365 account is blocked

Hello,I had too many attempts, account is blocked but cannot recover since last phone digit is incorrect. I added another email to contacted me but they responded it's too many attempts and cannot unblock it.Need help to get it my account and download MS 365.There is no phone number to call? thank you

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

MS Account vs Office 365 account

Hi All,

Our company is migrating everyone to Office 365, I got a a separate Lumia (Windows 10 Mobile)to be used as my work phone. Now the question is, what is the difference between

1. Setting up my phone using my personal MS account and adding my Office 365 account as an email account

VS

2. Setting my phone up using my Office 365 account directly

From what I have researched, option 2 requires MDM to be enabled on the Office 365 portal by my IT team? Also, would I be able to install apps from the Store when using Option 2?

 

Change Device MS ID to Office 365 ID

Thank you for coming back to us.

To switch the email user account at first you need to convert the current Microsoft account to local account and try log-in with Office 365 ID. Follow the below steps.

• Go to settings and click on Accounts.
  
• Click on Your email and accounts and click on
  Sign-in with a local account instead.
• Enter the password, click on Next and follow the onscreen instruction to convert into local account.

Once the user account is converted to the local account, you can convert the local account to Microsoft account using Office 365.
