I'm not stupid, but I'm not technically proficient in trouble shooting issues. I can't find my files most of the time. MS 365 has slowed down my new PC with Windows 11. I'm just so over the whole thing. On top of all that, you can't get help from MS.My PC is an HP Elitedesk i-5 8500 CPU 3.00 ghz, 16 GB RAM. Windows 11 Pro.I want to get rid of OneDrive. I already had I Drive, which works without issue.I want all of my files back on my hard drive.I want to retain the use of Word and Excel. I see that I can't get a refund, so I will suffer through the year and then buy Word and Excel as a stand

Remove MS Account on pc with Windows 10

Thank you for your reply. This did not solve the problem. While it allows me to access my pc with my Microsoft 365 account, it does not allow me to use all the features. For example, the OneDrive folders on my pc are associated with my old, errant, did even
know I had it MS account.

I've just gone through the steps to delete the old MS account. It does say that it requires 60 days before the old account is truly gone.

How can I remove this old, never used but one, MS account from this PC so that I can use my 365 account as the administrator to include having the OneDrive folders on this machine? Will reinstalling WIN 10 allow me to do so?
