Windows 10: MS Account email change ->> Activation removed from Win10 ->> cant re-Activate

I lost my Windows 10 Activation status by updating my MS Account settings:- added new email address as primary email and demoted my original email no longer active to an alias.[Settings > Update & Security > Activation] doesn't work because it hangs. Also hangs on Update page, because guess what, I'm no longer Activated!BackgroundI had a Win7 license and did free upgrade to Win10 in 2015, no issues with Activation until now until after account edit.Its not as though I've updated any hardware.Same PC, same Win10 install, just new Account email !PS Account still says my old alias ema

Activation questions after MS account change or HW upgrade

Hi,

I would like to ask some questions about Windows 10 activation.

1. I have upgraded to Win10 from Win8.1 with MS account for example *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

After upgrade to Win10, I continued to use account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for some time, do a clean install of Win10 and continue to use account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Then I have created another MS account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and completely migrated to it. Im using only this account now.

Now the question - when I do another clean install, and log in directly with MS account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, will my system activate without problems? I dont want to use my first account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, I will only use my second one *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Is activation bound
to hardware ID regardless of MS account? Does activation server see my PC by its HW ID, or I need to log in with my first MS account, because I have it when I activated Win10 for the first time?

2. How is it with possible hardware changes? Is there some info what exactly can I change before Win10 lose its activation?

HeatWare Account Activation Email Fail....

Hi....

I've been trying to activate my account @ HeatWare since BF but I've yet to receive an account activation email... I've re-requested it and I also sent an email about the delay...

From reading around old posts on multiple sites... This suppose to be normal ??? Is there a HeatWare OP that's part of TPU that I might be able to PM ???

Any help would be appreciated... Would like to have my HeatWare going before I purchase a few things...

Important W10 activation key questions left unanswered by Microsoft

Not only that, you can check your M$ account and see what devices are listed there, so you know if you can do a clean install or not. Do the upgrade, get it activated, verify that it is listed in your account, then feel free to do a fresh install without activation issues ever.
