    I pay £100/year subscription, but can never find a way to contact MS Assure/Answer Desk ... or whatever they call it now!!


    I intend to cancel unless I get a satisfactory answer.

    Microsoft Assure - Answer Desk

    I checked what I think ia my Microsoft account page and nothing there about Microsoft Assure. Does your account list contact details for someone in Australia. If so I would appreciate details.

    Answer Desk Assure Renewal

    I would cancel my card & get a new one with a different number.

    Good luck getting your money back from Microsoft.

    From what I found on Google, the Answer Desk Assure thing is set to renew automatically by default.

    I have just found out I was deducted €99 for a service call ' Answer Desk Assure Renewal'

    I did not order this and do not know what it is. Can anyone advise
