Windows 10: MS Bluetooth Keyboard QHG-00017 Fn key toggle?

Hi,Is there any way to invert or toggle the function of the Fn key on this model of keyboard? I've tried various common key combos without success, and it is horrifically annoying for me having the media keys be the default function key behaviour when I use F1-F12 far more often.It's honestly making me want to return and refund this keyboard + mouse combo - the mouse feels like absolute **** but the keyboard feels nice and, most importantly, is very quiet, so I was prepared to just accept it for what it was for $69AUD except that this is a dealbreaking issue if I can't find a way to make the f

How to switch fn toggle WITHOUT bios


Can't find a manual and only pic I can find of your keyboard F row leads me to the guess that you can toggle the mode by depressing Fn+F1. On my Dell, the mode is toggled by depressing Fn+Esc - there is a little lock symbol on my Esc key. If Fn+F1 doesn't work, is there any symbol on F keys that resemble my lock or something else that you can try by process of elimination?

 

The Fn key - All-in-One Media Keyboard

Hi

I'm using "All-in-One Media Keyboard" with my laptop (win 10 pro 64 bit),

Right now if I want to refresh a page, I have to press "F5" key and "Fn" key,

and if I press the "F5" key it will open Cortana search.

I wish to change that the other way around (for ALL 'F' keys)

(so I only need to press "F5" key in order to refresh a page, and "F5+Fn" for search)

I'm using the latest "Microsoft Mouse Keyboard Center".

I've tried "Capslock + Fn" to get the "F-Lock" affect (was suggested in the forums), but it doesn't do anything at all.

Please let me know if I can toggle the "Fn" key.

Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard FN key

Hello,

I bought this new keyboard, that MS released recently in October. I like it, but which I was afraid of, happens.

Combination Ctrl + FN + Win key + Fkeys do not work.

For example Ctrl + Win + F4 should close virtual desktop, but on this keyboard Fkeys are secondary, so I need to hold FN. And that doesn't work.

Is it possible to set Fkeys as primary?
