Windows 10: MS couldnt fix Windows 10 glitch

Discus and support MS couldnt fix Windows 10 glitch in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I waited over 1 hour just for the chat with MS and after I told them my problem they said I needed to take my PC in for repairs after I just downloaded...     MS couldnt fix Windows 10 glitch


    I waited over 1 hour just for the chat with MS and after I told them my problem they said I needed to take my PC in for repairs after I just downloaded W10. The Geek Squad also said the same thing.
    Problem was we lost the windows and notification icons from working when you would click on them, meaning no Apps and No mail, and no settings change.

    A friend said just click the windows key and E key and restore the PC. I did and it works fine with windows 10 now. Why couldn't ether of them tell me that??

    Windows Store Error code 0x801901F7 after stopping Windows Update and restarting to attempt to get downloads past "Pending"

    Looks like the fix deployed by MS today fixed some issues. Store and Update is now starting again.

    Well, clearly the forum does not bring Microsoft responses, but ...

    ... Yesterday 10 September 2014 the problem disappeared; everything seems to be 'normal' with email access on my Windows Phone 8.1. So the glitch may have been fixed without MS admitting there was a glitch to deal with.
