Windows 10: MS Designer Bluetooth mouse scroll wheel not working

Hi,I have a MS Designer bluetooth mouse and when i use windows 10 all works as expected.I have paired it to 2 different windows 11 laptops and the middle scroll wheel does not do anything. all the settings looks correct.are there any drivers available?thanksGareth

Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) Scroll Wheel not working.

the scroll wheel on my Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) stopped working. I have done all troubleshooting steps: system updates, installed Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center, disconnected mouse and reconnected. Nothing has worked yet. Haven't yet tried
it on a different PC. Don't have another Microsoft PC. Have a MacBook, but not sure the mouse can work on that. Any suggestions?

 

Microsoft Bluetooth Designer mouse cannot connect to window 10

Broke my designer mouse (dropped it and broke the scroll wheel). Bought a replacement which is not recognised by Bluetooth on the PC it was originally working with. It is recognised by a brand new PC also running W10 but I need to use it with the older
PC (also W10).

Advice from MS was to remove the driver (which was listed) and restart. After restart the designer mouse has not reappeared in the device list.

Have tried to download the driver from MS website but no driver download is offered under the designer mouse downloads page.

 

MS Mail mouse scroll issue

I have tried all the suggested steps to no avail. Please note that the mouse works in all other aspects, just not in the mail reader. I can grab the scroll bar and slide it up and down but not by using the scroll wheel. Again this is only in the MS Mail
program only.
