Windows 10: MS-DOS Application: Microsoft Windows 3.1 virus i got from internet arcive is a virus!?!?!

even togh it dosent do harm this what i picked up when I download this it apparently gets me a trojan named "Zpevdo.B" and Windows just deleted the file like a dummkopf.well togh its now very safe like the backfired bonzi buddy it could bring malware in your pcAND WHOEVER MADE THIS VIRUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i hope he stopps itso windows history fans WHATEVER YOU DO DONT DOWNLAOD THE ZIP FROM INTERNET ARCIVEso this is question how to fix this can microsoft block this download for now on?

Virus...NOOOOO!

Then its not a virus, i thought its a little strange that a virus was still going in safe mode. But i dont know what to suggest it could be? Are you using the same pc to connect to the internet, just with a linux partition?
