Windows 10: MS Edge - Passwords sync

Hi, I am using MS edge across three devices. My Windows 11 desk top, mac and I phone.I assumed all three devices were linked to my ID the passwords will be shared and does not need to be re-entered on each device.Is there a way of sinking them all?Please advise and many thanks.GD

Edge passwords are not syncing to Windows Phone 10

That is not the point. Sync is built into Edge. They are supposed to sync across devices. All my bookmark and and reading list syncs. Just user names and passwords doesn't.

 

MS Edge not saving passwords

For the last few days, MS Edge is not saving my passwords. My password list is empty. I don't even get a prompt to save a password anymore.
How can I fix this?

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.

To sync your password you may follow the steps below:

1. Open your Edge browser.
2. Click the (...) on the right side of the browser and then go to
   Settings.
3. Click View advanced settings.
4. Under Privacy and services turn on Offer to save password.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

It is already on, and has all my passwords.

And all my sync settings are both on, on PC and phone.
