Windows 10: MS Family Safety App Errant Push Notifications Received while Not in Use

As of the week of January 22, 2024 my wife and I started receiving push notifications requesting additional time for our children's accounts. These are coming in at all hours of the day midnight, 1:30am, 3:30am, 9am, etc.. These "requests" do not appear on the Notifications screen, nor do they generate the expected email notification that comes with genuine requests from our children.Is there a defect or unplanned feature that could be causing this? I don't see any pending requests, or any outstanding action items for either parent in the app. Not sure how to stop these notifications without

How do i turn off the email notifications from the IOS family safety app. I am currently recieving Push notes from the app and dont need or want email.

There are different factors that can contribute as to why you're not able to receive the notifications from Family Safety using your email account. One possible reason is the current settings used by Family Safety as to when notifications are sent. As an
initial recommendation, we suggest that you reconfigure the account settings under
Family Safety.

The reason we are requesting this is that usually when an account that manages the Family Safety settings does not receive the notifications, it has to do with the settings on what should be sent out to your email account.This will allow us to realign the
notification settings of your email account since it was mentioned that the issue started to occur after the recent updates were installed on your computer.

What notifications can Microsoft family safety leave?

Hey, can you receive notifications on Microsoft Family Safety? I know you can receive emails weekly, but can you receive notifications on the actual Microsoft Family Safety website?

And if so, what notifications can you receive? Are they about the activity you do on the computer it’s connected to?
