    I have purchased MS Flight Simulator from BestBuy and received the code to redeem it which I did in the Microsoft store. However, I have not been able to download the game to my PC at all and was wondering if you could help me with this problem. Every time I try to download it tells me that this code has been redeemed and I end up at a dead end. I followed the instructions from Best Buy and have tried to download via XBox Live and Steam and nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong?
