Windows 10: Ms GAD says Windows Validation Status "Genuine WGA unsupported OS"

Could someone explains what all those means? and can I get some recommendations about genuine of windows or others. Thank you

Validation unsupported OS on Windows 10

My long used PC is now demanding that I activate an upgraded to Win 10 from Win 7 OS. This had been activated upon mandatory upgrade from more than a year ago. This just began 2 days ago. In going to the Activation page to re-enter the Key nothing appears,
only the rolling 'marbles' at the top but nothing else. MS GAD Tool shows this: 'Licensing info: N/A, hr= 0x80070424' ; Office does show partial correct Key number; product ID Type 0 -unknown;

Product Name is Windows 10 Pro ; Office tab shows 'Validation Status 111 Unsupported OS'

Also, attempt to create output file fails with hr = 0x80070002...

How may I re-enter the key if nothing is presented to do so?? Any assistance would be welcome.

 

MGADiag tool says Validation Unsupported OS

Hi,

Some person is auditing if my system has a genuine windows 10 or not. I'm pretty sure that it is a genuine version that came preloaded with my machine but the mentioned person keeps using this 'MGADiag' tool to check if the OS is valid or not.

I'm using Windows 10 and I always see `Validation unsupported OS` instead of `Genuine`.

I tried searching a lot for this tool for windows 10 but only found the ones for windows 7.

Can someone please provide me a link to the version of this tool that windows 10 supports?

 

Activating Windows 10

My problem is similar. I loaded m three computers with a Win 7 'Family Pack' some time ago, but when try to validate my first Win 10 installation, MS says it's 'not genuine'. Ran 'MS Gen. Adv. Diagnostic tool and it says "val. status: Genuine (WGA unsupported
OS) Val. code: 6" . I assume that's because my Win 7 was an upgrade from Vista? How do I validate Win 10? I'm not installing Win 10 on the other 2 until I know it can be "validated".
