  1. Ms-get-started link message

I did an update for Windows this morning. When the update was complete It didn't allow me to log into my laptop. Eventually I was able to get in but it didn't save any of my original information. So I had to log into everything over again. When I try to open the Microsoft store app or any other app attached to it I get a message saying "You'll need a new app to open this ms-get-started link." Evertime I try I get this message. What can be done to repair this? Thanks for any help.

    Ms-get-started link message

    ms-resourceappDisplayName

Steps 4 & 5 didn't seem to work I got this message "'Get-AppXPackage' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file." "ms-resourceappDisplayName" is still listed in my start menu. No way to remove/uninstall it.
