Windows 10: MS: Great Job w/Taskbar Transparency/Blur in 7909 - Why Stop There?

Yes I know there are 3rd party downloads for Aeroglass but none released for 7909 as of yet.
However it's a shame that people have to resort to that IMHO.
I wonder why Microsoft has not intro'd at least an option to have full Aeroglass w/Blur effects for Window Borders?
There's a marked improvement in what they've done for the Taskbar in Creators Edition 7909, so why stop there?

Can i ask why the taskbar isn't blurry?

Its transparent, but the taskbar isn't blurred like the start menu/action center

Just wanted to pass along my huge thanks and appreciation to the Windows 10 team for yet one more stellar release! Because of your incompetence (which I really do appreciate regardless how it sounds) I have been swamped with support requests. I am
making bank on all these poor people that followed the advice of their computer lying to them and telling them their computer is ready for Windows 10, updated it and are now needing help with everything from driver failure to total computers failure. So far
this release has proven more profitable than Vista ever was and while I feel sorry for the poor saps that trust MS, it is great to be a computer support tech right now.

Microsoft and ease of access defiantly have nothing in common at all and should never be used together to form a statement or sentence! After all the support requests that I have resolved, in it will be a cold day in **** before I ever upgrade to this
sloppy OS version. Not to mention the idea that Windows thinks it is competent enough to be trusted updating my system drivers. Sadly I have found no way to stop it. The best advice I can give anyone at this state of the game is to show people how to disable
the GWX notification which I charge $25 to do and that alone has been one of my best selling support questions...
