Windows 10: MS GS Wavetable synth distorted

MS GS Wavetable synth is distorted, how to fix? Other audio programs are fine.

Completely Disabling MS GS WAVETABLE SYNTH

The GS Wavetable synth and ASIO driver use the same port, but the settings are set so that only one of them can be used at a time. If you uninstall the drivers which are part of the operating system, they get reinstalled on system reboot and hence
cannot be removed completely. However, with your current configuration, let’s try to make your device and app work by disabling the MS GS Wavetable synthesizer.

• Right click on Start and select
  Device Manager.
  
• Click on View menu and click on
  Show hidden devices.
  
• Expand Software devices.
  
• Right click on Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth and select
  Disable device and click Yes to confirm the action.
  
• Reboot the computer and let us know if the device works and Studio app can access the microphone.

Completely Disabling MS GS WAVETABLE SYNTH

I just tried that (and restarted), and I'm still getting the same error as before. The error goes something like this:

PIN

Name: "Capture"

Status: Unavailable!

->In use by another application?

->'MS GS Wavetable Synth' Enabled!

 

I can't find Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth.

Hello? I can't find Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth from midi port list.





Therefore, I only use MIDI Yoke port to play midi.

How can I restore Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth?
