Windows 10: MS helps dont really help.

While there is a problem, either the help search results give the procedure basic layman procedure that i would have already tried and failed, or provides a list to choose my problem from, where it would make me feel as if i am the only species in this whole world to face that problem, because I wont find the problem in the list. Otherwise, it would become a treasure hunt game that ends with me pulling my hair and shouting, "Where is the treasure?". Even Google search won't let me go to the location to find help for my problem. But it would be there. Ok, enough of my stories. See my attached

Help choosing a new case

Don't really know how to help you. You are being vague. Here is what I would do. Choosing a case is aesthetics first. Shop NewEgg and list the cases you like and list them. Members will suggest the best choice from your selections.
