What is the meaning of 'device could not be migrated' in device manager?

For anyone finding this post and hopping for a fix, sad to say you are on your own.

Microsoft is more interested in selling new hardware and devices than fixing their bugged operating system.

Being an insider and seeing the progressive downfall of this company and its support of the "best of the best"

for widows as a services, I would like to say; your fired.

The device not migrated issue is related to, microsoft's lack of testing new builds and pushing them out to non insider builds.

They know what will take place upon the next release but only see the $$$$$$$$$$.

A not migrated device is because of a few things; MS flags the driver or software and blocks the install.

MS gives priority to certain OEM"S, age of hardware, how new the software or driver is.

Another reason is how feature and future proof your device is; they can't make $$$$$ if your hardware can not

support the upcoming future builds.

Before 1607 this issue was not as widespread as after 1607, but MS new about "device not migrated" because they

wrought the code that way.

Go to the feedback app and enter what device issue is happening on your system.

MS wants only dumb down systems with the minimum hardware across because that will "sell product".

Realtek hd audio works on analog, digital is is a nightmare.

I have the 280 realtek driver installed and now DD live module works, but win10 blocks the interface and audio route.

I for one am going to boycott MS, no more purchases for any of MS or affiliates until they fix their garbage.

 

Activating digital license on new PC Build

I am waiting on new hardware to arrive for my second PC build. I have a digital license with my MS account that was bought with my current/older PC. Will I also be able to use it on the new build and my older PC or pay for again? The new one will be my
gaming PC and the older one will be demoted to the living room. Thanks
