Windows 10: MS Modern Wireless headset handling multiple BT connections

I have a modern wireless headset which is paired and often connected to my phone Galaxy S21 and laptop Lenovo T14 g3 via Bluetooth need to keep the USB ports free.The headset often struggles, and does not have a consistent behaviour handling things when both devices are connected. For example, when I receive a teams call, both my phone and laptop would ring. 99% of the time, I would answer this on my laptop, it is anyone's guess whether the headset would be in the right BT audio profile when I answer the call, sometimes it works, sometimes it is gabled I can hear the caller in some

Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset not detected by Microsoft Accessory Center

I recently purchased a Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset, and it's OEM and in Spanish. I live in Bermuda, so a lot of the products we get are for Latina America and Caribbean, which means a lot come in Spanish and we have to change them.

I downloaded the Microsoft Accessory Center and opened it, and it does not detect the headset at all. I've tried the following steps:

• Unpairing and re-pairing the headset
  
• Uninstalling the MS Accessory Center and reinstalling
  
• Running all Windows updates and rebooting
  
• Turning the headset of and on again while the Accessory Center was open
  
• Connecting via the USB dongle
  
• Connecting via the USB cable
  

The Accessory Center was not able to detect the headset at all, but the headset is showing and working in Windows audio properties and Device Manager.

Connecting One BT Headset to multiple phones

This is not possible.

Not for nothing is the act of connecting a BT enhancement to the phone called "pairing". A "pair" is two. There are two devices in the pairing: a phone and a headset. No more, no less.

Multiple headsets cannot be connected to the same phone, and the same headset cannot be connected to multiple phones.

The technical limitation is inherent to Bluetooth. Multiple devices of the same class cannot be connected to the same host. Nothing, however, is to stop you connecting devices of different classes, such as a headset and a GPS, or an audio gateway and a keyboard.

is it possible to connect a Nokia BT headset to multiple phones simultaneously. If not what the technical limitation it has?
