Windows 10: MS Not Sending Logon Security Codes

Discus and support MS Not Sending Logon Security Codes in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am unable to log into MS Defender or my Grammarly accounts.     I am unable to log into MS Defender or my Grammarly accounts. MS asks for a code, yet does not send one to me. What should I do?

    Is this New -- Logon to Ms account in Windows security

    Hi folks

    not sure here but why is Windows asking me to logon to Microsoft account

    I think I changed a password or something so I can understand a prompt IF I need to use anything from Ms account e.g Windows digital license / one drive or whatever but I'm just basically logged on as a "local" user so I shouldn't be seeing the message in Windows security !!!

    (In Eng this is asking me to logon to Ms account !! -- Main panel is Windows security )
