    Hello all, I'm going to try again, I did have a post entitled "Outlook 2013 password prompt relentless. Please help"

    but I've still got the problem. I have other emails addresses on my Outlook programme,working well, but this one will not receive (or send) any emails.
    I just get the prompt. I tried deleting that account yet the prompt did't go away and still doesn't.
    Please help if you can and keep it simple.

    Outlook 2013 repeatedly prompts for email account credentials

    I use Outlook 2013 for four different email accounts - two hotmail. com accounts, one outlook.com account, and one sbcglobal.net POP account provided by AT&T via Yahoo.

    Beginning a week or so ago, I've started getting password prompts throughout the day for the sbcglobal.net account. I select the checkbox to save the password, but I keep getting prompted for it. This happens maybe once an hour, sometimes more. It's really annoying.

    I know the password I'm supplying is correct because I do get email for the account, and I've verified the password using the ATT/Yahoo web interface.

    Any suggestions how to stop the repeated prompts?

    A replacement or a fix to MS Office Outlook 2013

    I did that as per google suggestion which worked for a bit but then suddenly i am re-asked for passwords and they wont log me in if i am using outlook despite that option being enabled so seem google became more determined to put outlook 2013 to sleep or something .

    Also does upgrading to MS Outlook 2019 is still considered a less secure app ?
    I do that but then now i still get the password authentication pop ups in a couple of days later , and those are so many emails , i cant just do that every few days .
