Windows 10: MS Paint - Enlarging or changing color of Resizing Dots

This has vexed me for 15 years.Is it possible to enlarge the resizing/cropping handle dots at the image edges in M.S. Paint the classic version in order to make them easier to see for someone who wears glasses.Something like changing a setting in the registry, or failing that, changing it to white in color to make it easier to see?

Improve photo resizing (currently in Paint)

The reason I want it here initially is to have the community verify that this is indeed a worthwhile change. As you can see, it's very easy to dismiss unless you think about it carefully.

Yes, resizing is certainly more commonly done downward but I think Paint probably has problems in both directions. I will test this soon.

But it clearly has problems with enlarging photos. When I have a small image I sometimes use Photos to see how it will look zoomed a bit larger. If it still looks sharp, I use Paint to resize it so that it appears that size initially.

But the resulting image is not as sharp as the zoomed image was. If this is to be expected, do you know why? If Photos can display a sharp enlarged picture why can't it save it? If it could, that means Paint's resize logic is faulty.
This is not surprising if you know how much people are paying for the best resizing tools.

 

MS Paint: Win 11 - Unable to work with overlay images

When I import an image on an already open MS Paint project (let's say another image), MS Paint does not allow me to manipulate the overlay image - like resize or invert color, etc. Neither I see the edge or corner markers on the imported image, which I can use to drag the size of the image.

And even when I try to perform the actions like resize or invert color, MS Paint simply perform the action on the canvas not on the overlay image alone.

Also, is there a way i can use the old UI of MS Paint in Win 11?

 

New Paint App resizer isn't working

The resize in MS Paint changed to a new Paint App today. And resize not working. When I try to change to the new size with Pixels or Percentage, it will not type. Geek Squad tried also, but no luck. Tried repair app, reset app and reboot, but no luck. Resize is useless now. Have to use another app to resize anything. Using Windows 11.
